What does death have to do with history?

If a person believes the earth has a history of hundreds of millions of years, then they have to accept that a history of millions of years of death, disease, violence, and suffering led up to man’s existence. The reason for this is that those who believe in millions of years think that the fossil record (in which they see those supposed millions of years) was laid down over this huge amount of time—and the fossil record is a record of death, disease, violence, and suffering.

But the Bible makes it clear that death is an intrusion—an enemy. There was no death of animals or man before Adam sinned, as at the end of the sixth day of creation, God pronounced everything “very good.” What this means is that if a Christian accepts the history of millions of years of death before man, they’re telling the world that the Bible’s history is wrong!

In other words, the Bible’s history of death is incompatible with the history of death given by those who accept "millions of years." The Bible is Truth—which means one can’t logically believe in millions of years.

What are the real consequences of trying to fit old ages into Genesis 1? Read the disturbing results in Two histories of death.

What does SpongeBob SquarePants, the popular cartoon character, have to do with glass?

A recent article used the popularity of this cartoon character to draw attention to a report on sponges that actually produce glass. Scientists have found sponges on the ocean floor that build glass cages. They “have biologists and materials scientists oohing, ahhing and taking notes for future bio-inspired engineering projects and materials.”

According to the scientists, these sponges use mechanical engineering principles—just like today’s engineering students study in their textbooks—to make their glass cages. The sponges produce bundles of glass fibers held together with a special glue; these bundles can be twisted and bent without breaking.

As one of the authors put it, “It’s quite remarkable how many basic engineering design principles the sponge uses.”

Instead of being surprised by such a sophisticated level of engineering skill, we should look at these sponges and think about the greatest engineer ever—the Creator God of the universe. He’s the One who designed the sponge to do what it does do—and what it does do, it does do very well!

Some interesting links regarding Hell and the Rapture

I wanted to share these links.

Here is a 73 minute YouTube video entitled "23 minutes of Hell

23 minutes of Hell

Within the above video, he mentions Mary K Baxter. I looked up her webpage and she also has a means for you to download her story regarding Hell. It is in MP3 format.

Her webpage is found here.

I haven't listened to Mary Baxter's story yet. I am downloading it tonight.

One more YouTube video I found to be really good. It's less than a minute long.

This one is entitled Rapture are you ready?

Do creationists believe flying dragons were mythical?

The pictures of flying dragons we see in movies and books may be a bit fanciful. But they are probably based on memories from people who did see such flying creatures, perhaps pterodactyls.

In the 5th century BC, Herodotus, the famous Greek historian, wrote about the "winged serpents" of Arabia. Their descriptions fit what we know about pterodactyls. Similar reports of such creatures come from Ethiopia and India. And there are people living today in the jungles of Southern Africa who say they’ve seen flying reptiles—though they call them "kongamato." Even the Bible, in the book of Isaiah, talks about flying serpents that lived with people.

Evolutionists insist that the flying reptiles became extinct with the dinosaurs millions of years ago. But the Bible and ancient records give evidence that such creatures lived with people not so long ago.

Furthermore, it shouldn't surprise those who believe in the book of Genesis if such a flying reptile was still living today. After all, the Bible says that God created all the land animals on the sixth day of creation.

Does that mean, then, that dinosaurs were also made on the sixth day—the same day that Adam was created? For some intriguing evidence that humans and dinosaurs have lived together, read Dinosaurs and the Bible.

Are humans just animals?

People who accept evolution are more inclined to believe that there’s not much difference between cats and children. After all, they believe we’re all just animals. Sadly, this has had an enormous influence on the way people view abortion.

If evolution is true—and if man is just an animal—then what is in a mother’s womb is just another animal. If you are willing to get rid of spare cats, why not get rid of unwanted kids in the same way?

What’s so sad—and inconsistent—in our culture today is that people will spend a lot of time and money trying to find a home for a cat, or they’ll protest against animal research and demand animal rights, but many of these same people think nothing of having an abortion to get rid of an unwanted child!

Evolutionary indoctrination has led people to abandon the absolutes of God’s Word. Since our Western society has largely turned from the truths of Scripture, we have lost an absolute morality. Instead, all becomes relative, and society forgets that man is made in the image of God. The solution is returning to the absolute authority of the Word of God.

What do creationists mean when they say dinosaurs were re-discovered? _Creation

Most people have the idea that we discovered dinosaurs when scientists found and examined their bones back in the 1800s. But when you think about it, this idea is really based on the evolutionary belief that dinosaurs never lived with people.

According to the Bible, all land animals—including dinosaurs—were made on Day 6 of Creation Week. So they actually lived alongside Adam and Eve. Therefore, when some scientists say that we first discovered dinosaurs in the 1800s, we say that, from a biblical perspective, they actually rediscovered them.

Furthermore, the many "dragon" legends from cultures around the world are most likely stories about the creatures we now call dinosaurs. Dragons are actually referred to a number of times in the Old Testament. (The word "dinosaur" wasn’t coined until 1841.)

When someone asks you, "When were dinosaurs discovered?" you can start from Genesis and reply, "They were first discovered about 6,000 years ago, when Adam saw the first dinosaurs!"

What does the Bible have to say about dinosaurs? Where did they come from? When did they live? What did they eat? Where did the fossils come from? What happened to them?

Can public schools remain religiously neutral by "deleting" Jesus?

Not at all! Take this example from a school near Answers in Genesis.

The Christmas program at this school was to be a religious musical titled “Calling All Angels.” The program included Mary, Joseph, the voice of God and numerous angels preparing for the birth of Jesus.

The daughter of a prominent secular humanist wrote a letter to the music teacher that stated, "I do not think it’s fair at all to put on a religious holiday play. Not everyone is a Christian and believes that the Christmas story is true. I think that it’s wrong to promote that one religion is true, when many people do not agree."

This student had been trained by her humanist parents to protest any religion except her parents’—humanism. As a result, the musical was replaced by a secular program that glorified winter instead of Jesus.

The point is, removing references to Christianity didn't make the program neutral; instead, Christianity was replaced by the religion of humanism! Christians must realize that humanists are imposing their man-centered religion on our society and deleting the true answers from God’s Word.

How is Fasting looked at biblically?

Jesus statement from Matthew chapter 6 states, "when" not "if you fast". This is inference makes it clear up front a expectation for christians.

Since the actual act of fasting is not debate-able, we need to look at the types of fasting.

Richard Exley's book 'Man of Valor' is an excellent book and I highley recommend it to all men.

In his book, he clearly states out four different types of fasting.

1) Normal fast - abstain from all foods (liquid and solid) but drink water only.
2) Absolute fast - abstain from all foods and water (3 days max)
3) Partial fast (also known as Daniel fast) - limit the kinds of food you eat rather than all foods.
4) Supernatural fast - same as a absolute fast, but for a longer period of time (more than 3 days)

It is also noteworthy the Supernatural fast was only used twice. Once by Moses on the mountain top with God and Elijah. The Absolute fast is viewed as a desperate cry to God.

Richard Exley also comments the results of fasting is normally received after the fast is complete. In all the types of fasting, the purpose is to clean the spirtual landscape within.

What do millipedes and cyanide have to do with evolution?

One would think that cyanide-producing millipedes would be killed by their own poison. But surprisingly, they aren’t!

Located within the sides of each segment of this type of millipede are small chambers that produce a deadly cyanide liquid. The poison is activated when the millipede is threatened, and forms little droplets along the millipede’s side.

The cyanide is strong enough to make most predators seriously ill if they touch the millipede. And it’s strong enough to kill many small predators if they eat it. Since the cyanide gives off a peculiar odor, most animals will just avoid the millipede altogether.

The millipede has a special kind of mitochondria that helps prevent it from poisoning itself. But if evolution were true, then how many millipedes poisoned themselves before they developed the mitochondria that protect them? The system that produces the cyanide is extremely complex and would have had to evolve at the same time, otherwise none of it would have worked.

This type of millipede had to be specially designed to do what it does, and what it does do, it does do well.

We should always remember that merely rejecting evolution in favor of a generic notion of intelligent design does not go far enough. Our purpose as a ministry is not just to convince people that there is a Creator, but that He is far more than that—that the Creator is Christ, and that He is the only way to be saved.

Was Jonah in the belly of the "great fish" for three days or for three thousand years?

There are many Christians who should believe he was in the fish for three thousand years—or longer—if they are consistent with how they approach Scripture.

Many Christians oppose the belief that God created in six literal days. They quote 2 Peter 3:8, "One day is with the Lord as a thousand years." On this basis, they say that the days of creation could be thousands of years. But if they were consistent, using this same logic, one could translate Jonah 2:17 this way:

Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish THREE THOUSAND YEARS.

This is nonsense, of course. The context does not allow for using this phrase from the New Testament to determine the meaning of the Hebrew word "day" in Genesis 1. Peter is simply pointing out that God is outside of time, and thus is not limited by natural processes and time.

Genesis shows clearly that God created everything in six literal days, which is exactly what the Hebrew words—in context—mean.

How could the human race descend from a metaphor?

During an interview for a Roman Catholic newspaper in Ireland, the reporter told Ken Ham that a person of faith can believe in millions of years. The reporter started explaining that Genesis is a metaphor. So Ken asked him, "Does that make you a relative of a metaphor?" He pointed out to the reporter that the Bible lists the genealogy of Jesus Christ all the way back to Adam.

Then Ken asked, "When did the real people stop and the metaphors begin?" The reporter responded, "Well, the late pope said you could believe in evolution as long as man and woman were created with souls."

Ken went on to tell him about how Eve was made from Adam, and they were one flesh. This formed the basis of marriage, just as Jesus taught. If Adam and Eve came from animals, as evolution would have us believe, the whole doctrine of marriage is destroyed.

But not only marriage; all biblical doctrines, including the gospel, are based in Genesis. If Genesis is a metaphor, then our doctrines and the gospel would be meaningless.

Doesn’t granite take millions of years to form?

According to evolutionary geologists, granite is made of a number of compounds that were mixed together under extreme heat. Supposedly they rose slowly to the earth’s crust, and then cooled over thousands of years to form the granites we see today.

However, evolutionary geologists have discovered something. Some of the crystals found in granites near the earth’s surface will not withstand temperatures over 800° Celsius for more than 50 years without being destroyed. This is a big problem for these scientists and their previous theories about the origin of granite.

The idea that blobs of molten rock rose slowly through the crust and cooled for eons of time is now in question. Evolutionary geologists are now changing their ideas and are starting to look to more catastrophic events to explain the origin of rocks, like granites.

If we really want to know how the first rocks were formed, we can find our answers in Genesis—God commanded the dry land to appear, which makes sense of the evidence scientists are now discovering!

Have you ever commited Adultery?

This is one of the questions sparked in a evangelistic message by Ray Comfort. The first time I heard this expressed I was surprised myself to hear what the bible had to say on this matter.

Wikipedia defines adultery as

Adultery is generally defined as consensual sexual intercourse by a married person with someone other than his or her lawful spouse. In many jurisdictions, an unmarried person who is sexually involved with a married person is also considered an adulterer. The common synonym for adultery is infidelity as well as unfaithfulness or in colloquial speech, cheating. It was also known in earlier times by the legalistic term "alienation of affection"

Adultery is also found to be one of the ten commandments. It is the seventh commandemnt , 7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.

So the core of the matter is how does the bible define adultery. We clearly see the answer found in the New Testament by Jesus Himself.

(Matthew 5:27-28 NKJV) "You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not commit adultery.' {28} "But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Wow, when this was first clarified to me, I found myself in sin as well, breaking one of the ten commandments. Those that break just one of the ten commandments will be found as unrighteous. They have broken the law of God.

Please note adultery is different than fornication. Fornication is sex for those not in marriage, while adultery is sex (or lust after another) while in marriage.

1 Corinthians chapter 6 verse 9 and 10 states;

Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived,. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, will inherit the kingdom of God.

If all the above and those that break the ten commandments will not inherit the kingdom of God, ie get into heaven, then who can?

John chapter 3 verse 15, 16 and 17 tells us the answer.

that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemen the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

That is the key to being saved. Accepting Christ gift of repentance. Know you are a sinner, transgressor (law breaker), accept Christ gift and believe in Him.

A final thing to point out. Notice the last part of the last sentence in verse 17. "..that the world through Him might be saved." Might be saved. Why wouldn't the whole world be saved by His sacrifice? Because it takes our own individual choice to accept His sacrifice.

Hold thy tongue, if you can

Everyone seems to blow steam now and then. I have a bad habit myself. However, we read in the book of James chapter 3 we should really watch that little muscle in our mouth.

Check out verse three and four providing us a comparison.

Indeed, we put bits in horses mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever they pilot desires.

We then are told in verse five and six on just how bad our tongue can be.

Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.

So why is it so bad? Verses nine and ten gives us a look at the dichomoty we can use with our tongue.

With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.

So in whole we see that little muscle in our mouth can either help us or hinder us. Think about those more articulate than others. Those that can convey in better terminology or communicates easier has advantages.

The next time you open your mouth, better take care of exactly what you say.

Some other interesting facts on the tongue:

  • Like fingerprints, everyone's tongue print is different
  • It is the strongest muscle in your body
  • There are over 10,000 taste buds on the surface of your tongue
  • It is a primary source of bad breath

So what exactly is a Hypocrite?

I know many individuals that do not or would not attend a particular church on the excuse 'I am not going there, they are a bunch of hypocrites'.

Now, first off, I would have to say I am also a hypocrite. I believe most everyone is a hypocrite in some form or another. However, by using someone elses actions for the purpose of your own, is a poor excuse. If you don't want to do something, simply state so and move on.

Webster defines hypocrite as such.

Main Entry: hyp·o·crite

Pronunciation: 'hi-p&-"krit

Function: noun

Etymology: Middle English ypocrite, from Anglo-French, from Late Latin hypocrita, from Greek hypokritEs actor, hypocrite, from hypokrinesthai

1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion

2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings
- hypocrite adjective

Basically we see in number two, anyone can fall under this definition. Primarily, I have heard the term used on individuals putting on a false impression of being a christian.
'They say they are christian and go to church acting all mighty, but they do not act like it outside the church'. Sound familiar? Nearly every church has someone that can fall in the definition of a hypocrite.

I did a childrens bible time once in a small church, I will share to you. It was simply a means to have a object lesson for the kids.

Items I used:

I had one United States ten dollar bill.

I also had one monopoly ten dollar bill.

I explained to the kids each of these are the same. One has 10 dollars on it, the other has 10 dollars on it. Both are pieces of paper. ect. ect.

However, I also pointed out one was really worth 10 dollars, and the other was not. One was a counterfeit, a copy, ect. The point was, anything that has value, someone will attempt to conterfeit it. Similiarly, being a saved person has much value and there will always be those that attempt to conterfeit it. Yes, there are hypocrites in church. Always have been and always will be hypocrites. However, don't let that keep you away from learning God's word.

It was a simple object lesson, but I thought an important one.

So is it Do not Murder or Do not Kill and what's the difference?

If you look in different translations for the bible, you will see the two different statements. Of the ten commandments, I have seen it in both forms.

'Do not Kill' or 'Do not Murder'

One would ask what would be the difference, since in both actions the life is taken.

The ten commandments is first seen in the book of Exodus chapter 20. The one we are referring to in this article is the sixth commandment. I have a interlinear bible that provides the Hebrew writing as well as the direct translation. No, I cannot read Hebrew. However, in this, the direct translation is the following.

Exodus 20:13 "You shall not murder."

So the direct translation is 'murder' not kill. That answers the first part.

Wikipedia defines murder as "Murder is the unlawful killing of one human being by another through any action intended (or in some countries also being recklessly indifferent) to kill or cause grievous bodily harm."

Websters Collegiate Dictionary defines murder as; "The offense of unlawful killing a human being with malice aforethought, express or implied."

So again, it appears murder is the 'unlawful killing' of a human being by another human being. We can call this act homicidal in nature.

I make this point, because murder is not defined as an action of war, nor a means of defense. So there is cause for 'killing' but no cause for 'murder'. There is a difference.

Now, does that mean it's nice to kill? Of course not, but there is a distinction of the two.

Ham was cursed. That's why there are blacks and they were slaves

Yes. Some people actually believe those that are black came from a curse.

When I was a kid, I heard this same story as well. "You know why they are black, don't you? It's because they were cursed."

Although, these same relatives and friends of relatives, couldn't quite point this out, it was simply what they were taught as well.

This inaccurate teaching is derived from Genesis chapter nine verse 25. Let's first look at the whole story and then view what is actually being said. Yes, again, it's all in the context.

We read the story leading up to the curse in Genesis 9:18-24;

In verse 18 and 19 the individuals are identified.

Now the sons of Noah who went out fo teh ark were Shem, Ham, and Japeth. And Ham was the father of Canaan. These three were the sons of Noah, and from these the whole earth was populated.

In verse 20 through 24 we see Ham's sin. Two things I need to point out in these verses. First, this again was before the laws were given to the people by God. So I do not see any law against 'seeing one naked'. Second, some scholars view this act of 'saw the nakedness' and 'Noah knew what his younger son had done to him' as Ham performing some physical act on his own father.

And Noah began to be a farmer, and he planted a vineyard. Then he drank of the wine and was drunk, and became uncovered in his tent. And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside. But Shem and Japeth took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father. Their faces were turned away, and they did not see their father's nakedness. So Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger sone had done to him.

Now the curse.

Then he said: "Cursed be Canaan; A servant of servants He shall be to his brethern." And he said: Blessed be the Lord, The God of Shem, and may Canaan be his servant. May God enlarge Japeth, and may he dwell in the tents of Shem; and may Canaan be his servant."

So let's look at the curse in question. I do not see anything what-so-ever regarding someone turning from one color to another. Rather, I see one son's descendants becoming a servant of servants to his brethren. Further on in the bible, you read the 'curse' or 'prophesy' of Noah to his son's unfold.

In Genesis chapter ten verse 6 through 14 you see the descendants of Ham. Note his descendents are the Philistines. Also in Genesis chapter ten verse 15 through 19 you see Canaan's descendents. You see part of his descendents are those in Sodom and Gomorrah.

So the curse wasn't really about a skin color or slavery. Rather, the curse was his descendents being away from God.

A couple of other things to note. It appears, the inaccurate reading of this 'curse of Ham' seems to be told in other forms of religion as well.

Note these references;

In 1958, from the writings of the Mormon church:

We know the circumstances under which the posterity of Cain (and later of Ham) were cursed with what we call Negroid racial characteristics.1

In 1929, a Jehovah’s Witnesses publication stated:

The curse which Noah pronounced upon Canaan was the origin of the black race.2

In closing, I would like to make this statement. When you hear anyone teaching about people being of a different 'race' or this curse was the cause of his/her skin color. Please understand, that is not a biblical teaching. Rather it is a evolutionary teaching. In Evolution, there are classifications of one evolving. This sets different standards between people. Biblically, we all descend from Adam and Eve. Thus, we are all equal to the eyes of God.

So if there were only Cain and Able, who did Cain marry?

I cheated a little on this one. I actually learned the answer awhile back. However, as a kid, this one threw me.

Most recall the story, but for those that do not, let's state it before we answer the question.

We read in Genesis chapter 4 verse one and two where Eve had Cain and Abel. With these two sons, the story gives us the first murder that ever took place. It was done out of one being jealous of the other. In verse 8 of chapter 4, we see Cain 'rose against his brother and killed him'. Basically, he jumped him in a field. Later on in verse 9 'the Lord' asked Cain 'where is your brother'. So we have a couple of things to point out already. Prior to the first murder (the ten commandments have not been given to the people yet), God walked and talked with the people of Earth. Note 'the Lord' also asked where Abel was. This indicates God also was on a ground level with Abel. Scholars believe this to be Jesus, prior of being begotten.

Irregardless, Cain spouted back, 'I don't know. Am I my brothers keeper'. This would be the same as a kid telling a parent, 'What are you asking me for'. So God then tells Cain his 'brothers blood cries out to him from the ground' in verse 10. So again, God already knew, but asked Cain anyway. Now we see Cain as a murderer and liar. For punishment, God cursed Cain from the earth and made him a fugitive.

Note verse 14. Cain replies 'anyone who finds me will kill me'. This is the first indication of more people than he, abel, adam and eve on the planet. In verse 15 God puts a mark on Cain lest anyone finding him should kill him. This re-emphasizes there are more than the 4 of them. Later on in Genesis chapter 4 verse 16 and 17 we see Cain went to Nod, on the east of Eden and found a wife. Now we come to the question.

Who is this wife and these people Cain feared would kill him?

First I would like to point out some things. It's all about context.

1) In Genesis chapter 3 verse 20, we are told Eve is the mother of all living. So from this text, any human being is a off-spring of Eve. With that said, we simply are all related. Please note, there is only one human race.
2) In Genesis chapter 5 verse 4, we read Adam lived 800 years and begot sons and daughters. Note that Adam actually lived 930 years. During his 800 years of life, he had the sons and daughters. Hmm, I have seen parents having up to 12 kids in a single marriage, lasting no more than 40 years. Now, if one lives 800 years, perfect in body and health, how many kids can you really have?

So given the two above references, the answer is already before us. Since Eve is the mother of all living and Adam had many (plural) sons and daughters, the other people would have to be Cain's relatives.

OK, today that would be considered incest and quite frankly, disgusting. However, again we need to view this in context. A)God made Adam and Eve 'very good' meaning they were well and above any supermodel or athelete we have today. B)Similiar to God's commandment to Noah, Adam and Eve was multipling the earth. C) Did you also note Nod is on the East of Eden. This indicates the location of Nod was not very far from where Cain was currently located.

Also know, the laws of God was not provided till further down the line after Noah. You did not even have the concept of incest at this current time of discussion.

So there you have it. Yes, Cain was one of the first generation under Adam and Eve. His wife in Nod would most likely be a niece. A relative for sure. The other people were simply his relatives.

If you have any question you would like me to research and answer. Fire away.

God please don't tempt me

The above phrase is one I have heard alot as a kid. I have also seen it on movies as well. The idea is for God tempting you in order to test your willingness to serve Him. However, is this really scriptural, according to God's Word?

Some may think on Job and his dire straights. But the answer I found wasn't even in the Old Testament. Rather I found the answer in the New Testament within the book of James.

In James chapter one verse 14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.

According to this, someone is only tempted when that individual chooses to be drawn away by their own desires. Now, I am always a skeptic of someone pulling each individual verse to justify ones answer. So let's look at verses 13 through 18 in context.

"Let no one say when he is tempted, I am tempted by God; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethern. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of his own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures."

Looking at the verses in context one reads that God Himself does not tempt anyone. The second verse tells us who acutally tempts us. The answer is ourselves. How do we tempt ourselves? The answer is by our own desires.

That is a hard pill to swallow. Because, that means we have only ourselves to blame for being tempted.

So when you hear someone (or think yourself), God please don't tempt me, quote James chapter one verse 14. "But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed".

Ask the question, what is the desire that is pulling you away to temptation.

Welcome

Welcome to my additional new blog. I wanted to look into Questions and Answers I or another may have regarding the Christian bible. It will allow me accountability in actually reading the great book and hopefully provide answers to myself or others wishing to read this blog. If you have a question regarding the bible, email me and I will see if I can research it to answer it for you and myself.

So in short, the purpose of this blog is for my daily/weekly study of God's Word.
